We didn’t want to leave the city behind, so we’ve developed a project called “Recalculando Ruta,” with the support of the Albacete City Council, the Regional Government of Castile-La Mancha, and the European Social Fund, through which residents and businesses in the city can benefit from one another.

The initiative aims to serve as a stepping stone to employment for individuals who have already participated in other programs, as well as to connect small businesses with people who face difficulties in finding work through career coaching and internships at local companies.
