Our goal is to take steps that will make it possible to a more compassionate, fairer, and more sustainable society.

Scope of action

Our field of activity is related to social and labor integration of people at risk of or experiencing social exclusion.

Projects

We develop projects focused on professional training through training tailored to specific economic activities.

How we do it

Our methodology is based on the implementation of personalized plans focused on the individual’s social, personal, and professional development.

We promote inclusion of people in the labor market. We offer them psychosocial support, as well as the professional tools and techniques appropriate for each project.

We focus on motivation and attitude of the participants, with the aim of helping them achieve a greater degree of personal and professional independence.

We provide interventions and support tailored to individual needs, with the individual taking responsibility for their own process, thereby breaking their dependence on social services.

Our commitment to society

The Asociación Llanero Solidario is an active member of the Platform for Social and Labor Inclusion INCLUSI(ÓN) from Albacete, comprising 26 public entities and organizations working to promote social and labor integration in the city.

We are part of the group that consists of FAEDEI (Federación Estatal De Empresas de Inserción) and AERESS (Asociación Española de Recuperadores de Economía Social) as a representative of ASEIRCAM (Asociación de Empresas de Inserción de Castilla La Mancha).

We have also contributed to the production of publications such as the “Handbook for Support Technicians at Work Integration Companies" or the "Guide for Social Integration Enterprises on the Accreditation of Professional Skills”.

The Association

Llanero Solidario is a nonprofit organization based in Albacete. Llanero develops business projects that promote more sustainable development while helping to integrate people in vulnerable situations.

We work with people. We propose comprehensive measures aimed at reintegrating people who are socially excluded or at risk of social exclusion into the labor market, in order to help them overcome the serious situation they are facing.

We are working to improve the planet. All the activities carried out at Llanero Solidario help us reduce our environmental impact by using recycled products, applying agroecological techniques, and fully utilizing waste.
